“We hired Stone Mountain Roofing after having a series of unsatisfying experiences with other local roofers in obtaining quotes. Matt was able to come directly to our home, assess our needs, and answered questions we didn’t even know we had! An extremely different experience than with other companies, who either had a constant upsell strategy or gave us a vague quote that required lots of follow up questions. The quality of the work was excellent, the roofing team were professional and cleaned up everything really well, and we couldn’t be happier. We had a major issue with the roof (water damaged rafters) and the team had a ready solution and honest advice. The end price tag was higher than we initially thought due to needing unexpected rafter shoring and plywood replacement, but we were warned this might be the case given the circumstances and they were accommodating to our needing an extended payment schedule. (And still, the price was reasonable given the other quotes we received from other companies!) A strong recommend for Easthampton!”
